2. What SachAstro is

SachAstro offers palm reading, kundli, kundli matching and festival timings based on Indian astrological tradition, for reflection and cultural guidance. Muhurat follow traditional rules. Nothing on SachAstro is a guarantee of any outcome.

SachAstro is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. For those, please speak to a qualified professional.

3. Tara is an AI

Tara is an AI, not a person. Her answers are generated by AI from your computed chart. Human astrologers, when offered, are a separate, named service and are always shown as human.

4. What we will not answer

Health diagnoses or medical advice, death or lifespan, court or legal outcomes, gambling or stock tips, pregnancy or the gender of a child, and anything about harming yourself or others. In these cases Tara will point you to the right professional or helpline.

5. Age

You must be 18 or older to create an account or pay. The palm scan is open from age 16; for ages 16 and 17 it runs only on the phone unless a parent consents by OTP.

6. Prices and payment

Every price is shown before you pay. Payments are one-time; we never set up AutoPay, mandates or subscriptions that renew on their own. On the web you pay by UPI. Inside the Android app, Google Play billing applies.

7. Sach Guarantee

If an answer does not feel right, you can ask for one free re-answer.

8. Using SachAstro fairly

• Enter another person's birth details only with their permission.
• Do not use SachAstro to harass, threaten or deceive anyone.
• Do not copy, scrape or resell our content or answers in bulk.

9. Our content

Our designs, text, artwork and software belong to SachAstro. Scripture quoted on SachAstro remains part of the shared tradition; our translations and explanations are ours. You can share your own cards and results for personal use.

10. Limits of our responsibility

SachAstro shares traditional knowledge for reflection, and decisions you make remain yours. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Indian consumer law.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

If these terms change, we will tell you in the app before the change applies. For questions or complaints, write to our grievance officer.
